The Baths of María de Padilla Reflections in the Real Alcázar captures one of Seville’s most atmospheric spaces — the ancient rainwater cisterns beneath the palace complex. Known as Los Banos de Dona María de Padilla, these vaulted chambers are named after the mistress of King Pedro I, and have become a symbol of Seville’s moorish-gothic allure.
